Krazy Kraftz Business Rules & Guidelines

1. General Rules

  • 1.1. All participants must sign a waiver before entering the splatter paint area.
  • 1.2. Customers under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.
  • 1.3. The minimum age for participation is 5 years old. Under 5s can join with a parent on the same canvas.
  • 1.4. No outside paint, tools, or materials are allowed in the splatter area.
  • 1.5. No food, drinks, or smoking in the splatter paint area.

2. Safety Rules

  • 2.1. Protective gear (goggles, ponchos, shoe covers, gloves, etc.) must be worn at all times.
  • 2.2. Closed-toe shoes are required. No sandals, flip-flops, or high heels.
  • 2.3. Do not throw paint at others unless they have agreed to participate.
  • 2.4. No running, pushing, or roughhousing in the splatter zone.
  • 2.5. If paint gets into your eyes, notify staff immediately for assistance.

3. Paint Usage & Conduct

  • 3.1. Only use the paint provided by the business.
  • 3.2. Do not drink, ingest, or misuse the paint in any way.
  • 3.3. Keep paint away from electrical outlets, lights, and other equipment.
  • 3.4. Be mindful of other participants and respect their space.
  • 3.5. Once your session is over, place used tools in the designated area.

4. Clean-Up & Clothing Policy

  • 4.1. We provide protective gear, but paint may still get on clothing — wear something you don't mind getting messy.
  • 4.2. Paint is water-based and washable, but we are not responsible for any damage to personal belongings.
  • 4.3. Use provided hand-washing stations before leaving the premises.
  • 4.4. Do not remove paint-covered clothing inside common areas or bathrooms.

5. Booking & Payment

  • 5.1. All sessions must be booked in advance or are subject to availability for walk-ins.
  • 5.2. Payments must be made before the session begins. No refunds for no-shows.
  • 5.3. Group discounts or party packages must be arranged in advance.
  • 5.4. Any damage to equipment due to negligence will result in additional charges.

6. Respect & Behavior

  • 6.1. Be respectful to staff and other guests.
  • 6.2. Inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated.
  • 6.3. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate.
  • 6.4. Management reserves the right to remove any participant who does not follow the rules.

7. Emergency Procedures

  • 7.1. In case of an accident, notify staff immediately.
  • 7.2. If an emergency occurs, follow staff instructions for evacuation or medical assistance.
  • 7.3. First aid is available on-site for minor injuries.
